Reservation:

  1. Please make advance reservations via telephone/email or book online to ensure room
  2. 100% advance by cash or online payment is mandatory to obtain the confirmed
  3. Rates displayed online are not guaranteed until the confirmation voucher is
  4. Once a rate is selected and the transaction is executed, no other rate is applicable, and no refund is admissible.
  5. The estimated cost for the stay includes the confirmed room rate, estimated taxes, and estimated fees.
  6. The actual taxes, fees, and cess applicable at the time of stay may vary from the estimates, and any extra cost due to amendments in taxes, fees, cess, , is the guest’s responsibility.
  7. Currency conversions are estimates, and the bill at check-out will be charged in the hotel’s local currency.
  8. The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation in cases of fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate activity or if the reservation is obtained fraudulently or with malafide intention or mistake/error.
  9. While check-in, please present the hotel reservation confirmation voucher along with a valid photo ID proof with the address printed on it. Only the following ID’s are accepted as valid id proofs – Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License. Foreign Guests must present their Valid Passport and Visa.

PAN CARD AND ANY OTHER ID CARD ISSUED BY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS; GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT’S / PRIVATRE EMPLOYEE ID CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS AN IDENTITY CARD.

A valid credit card is also required for any incidental and/or extra charges.

Promotion/Sale Rates:

  1. All promotion/sale rates are non-refundable and restrictive
  2. Certain promotion/sale rates do not permit changes in the hotel
  3. Limited inventory is available for promotion/sale rates on select room types on a first-come, first-served

Deposit/Online Payment:

  1. The deposit/online payment equivalent to the total room nights booked for the entire stay is required to get the confirmed
  2. Maestro, Visa, American Express and MasterCard are accepted for deposit payment.

  4. Group bookings of ten or more rooms require cancellation notice to refund the deposit as specified in the cancellation & early checkout policy.

 

Cancellation & Early Checkout Policy:

Confirmation Voucher:

Once the reservation is confirmed, a confirmation number and voucher will be generated, which should be presented to the hotel upon arrival. Failure to produce the confirmation voucher may result in the hotel not honoring the reservation unless the exact details can be traced in the reservation system.
